New Student Registration
Acceptance of students for admission or readmission will be judged individually on the basis of past scholarship and citizenship records.

• Preschool applicants must be four for the 4 year old program and three for the 3 year old program by September 1.
• Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1.
• A Readiness/Placement Test will be given to all students to determine proper grade placement.
• Parents must complete an Application Form and submit with a copy of the Birth Certificate and a Baptismal Record. Standardized Test Scores (if applicable) and past report cards are also required.
• Transferring students must complete the Record Request Form; past record cards and standardized test scores must be submitted.
• Immunization requirements established by the Oakland County Health Department must be met. A Health Appraisal Form must be completed by a physician and submitted.
