Congratulations on your decision to apply for admission to Shrine Catholic High School. You are taking the first steps toward an excellent and exciting college preparatory education. We hope we will soon be welcoming you to the Shrine Catholic High School family.

To review a student for admission, Shrine Catholic High School requests the student complete the Admission Application and submit it along with a current report card and standardized test scores. Also required are a complete Teacher Evaluation form and results from the Archdiocesan High School Placement Test.
